Dining tables from DRAENERT, Designed by Georg Appeltshauser
Product description
Top: Natural wood - American walnut with sapwood
A rectangular, extendable dining table in solid wood, wood veneer or natural stone. Our selection comprises many types of wood and more than 150 different stones from all over the world. The customer can choose among two different bases with side walls. A patented technology allows to extend the integrated pivotable leaf effortlessly with the help of a ball bearing. Thereby, the symmetry in relation to the base is always given – wether extended or not. While extending the pivotable leaf, the main leaf, driven by a slide bearing, shifts smoothly in longitudinal direction. The movable leaf then is lifted at the front side by a spring support to level it with the main leaf.
The new extension technology makes the pivoting leaf turn for another 90° degrees when swinging it back. Thus, the leaf remains invisible under the main leaf and can no longer be perceived from a lateral angle.
Dimensions:
92 x 160 cm, height 75 cm, extended 233 cm
105 x 180 cm, height 75 cm, extended 260 cm
105 x 200 cm, height 75 cm, extended 280 cm
105 x 280 cm, height 75 cm, extended 360 cm
The version without extension is available in various dimensions with a rectangular or boat-shaped top.

Concept
This rectangular, extendable table convinces by its clean, modern design. Because of the patented technology, the pivotable leaf can be handled with greatest ease. The integrated mechanism remains almost invisible. The veining of the pivotable leaf corresponds to the one of the main leaf.
