Product description

TIK is a subtle and unconventional clock for private settings or commercial locations. TIK's special highlight is the clockface that has no numbers printed on it. TIK's powder-coated version has a diameter of 28cm and is available in five colours: jet black, light grey, beige red, flame red and ultramarine. Alternatively, the clock wall can be supplied in a combination of stainless steel and felt (colours: graphite and brown red). This model's diameter is 35cm. A quartz movement from the Black Forest ensures that TIK can be relied upon to always show the correct time.

“TIK“, “TRIK“ and “TRAK“ – home accessories for everyday

Clock TIK, newspaper rack TRIK and key rack TRAK: with these home accessories, German design studio jojorama have taken useful everyday objects and reinterpreted them for ECHTSTAHL. Whether made from stainless steel with colourful felt or powder-coated – the results are charming objects that can be implemented in a variety of living concepts.

The felt used for TIK and TRAK is made from 100% merino wool, temperature resistant and flame retardant. And there is the added bonus that this soft material does not absorb odours, with the felt used by ECHTSTAHL being designed to be water repellent and able to be cleaned very easily. What is more, these new home accessories also have environmental benefits: wool felt is a renewable and entirely biodegradable natural material and there are no limits to the reusability of the recyclable material stainless steel.
