PLEIADES

The Pleiades are a highly visible constellation of stars. The Greek mythology describes them as the 7 dancing sisters. From a cosmological point of view, they are important beings of light that provide people with helpful informations.
ELOA’s floating glass installation opens a portal to connect with the Pleiades and thus with the powerful universe. The magical glass objects invite you to explore this beauty. As the amorphous-shaped glass reflects the light in the room, you discover brilliant color gradients and reflections on the walls and in the gently moving objects.
The installation can be perceived not only visually but also acoustically. The shell-like resonating bodies of the PLEIADES generate specific frequencies in their interior, which can be heard differently depending on their position in the room.
