Canet
Benches from Escofet 1886, Designed by Piere Raoux
Product description
Reinforced cast Stone / Standard color chart / Finished etched and waterproofed. / Embedded / 296x86x60cm: 1000 Kg
Concept
With its uniform T-shaped section, CANET is a cast stone bench that seems to levitate above the ground. Its central vertical prop disappears behind the shadow of the slab, accentuating the presence of the horizontal plane and reinforcing the sense of weightlessness. This furniture is usually installed alone, although its geometry permits longitudinal additions at a future date, an option now widely used in landscaping projects. This item was originally designed for a popular seafront promenade in Canet Platge. Its rapid acceptance in the market has made it a classic in the Escofet collection.
