Product description
The BANCO NIGRA bench is an evolution of the SILLA NIGRA seat. It has emerged from the conceptual idea of using an original reinforced cast stone seat in two halves while maintaining the same Z-shape profile. These two halves are then used as a base for autoclaved Bolondo or pine wood slats, which become sides, seat and backrest that reproduce the original section. The dimensions and the slight angle of the wooden slats attached to the seat and the backrest make BANCO NIGRA extremely comfortable and versatile in its adaptation to any setting. BANCO NIGRA is available in two lengths: the 1.5 metre bench with two bases, and the 3 metre bench which has an additional central support. This product requires anchored installation. El BANCO NIGRA was designed for Escofet in 2003 by architects Màrius Quintana and Montse Periel.
