A Natural Supplement to the Children’s Furniture Line
It was only natural that Sarah Moutouh would complement her grandfather’s fine furniture series with a design for a rocking horse. With it, she echoes the furniture’s simplicity and straightforwardness. As inspiration, she cites the familiar knight from the chessboard, with its classical image of a horse.
Sarah Moutouh was born in France in 1974 but grew up in Denmark. As Mogensen’s granddaughter, she is inspired by the spirit and culture he has helped create.
She is a trained clothing designer – the rocking horse is her first furniture piece.
Both Fun and Safe
Naturally, our rocking horse meets all safety standards. It is made of FSC-certified Nordic beechwood, finished with a transparent, water-based varnish.
Sturdy construction keeps the little one securely in the saddle, her hands gripping the naturally tanned leather reins.
