Product description

• System door elements for feco system partition walls
• Steel or aluminium frames with wooden door leaves
• Frame thickness 105 mm, flush-mounted with solid wall and glass elements (fecoplan 60 mm)
• Flush-closing door leaves (except H70-4)
• Wooden door leaves flush on the hinge side (room side) as standard, optional on the opposite hinge side (corridor side)
• Uniform basic design allows replacement of the door leaf without replacing the door frame (e.g. replacement of a wooden door with a glass door)
• With steel frames – welded and sanded mitre corners, with aluminium frames – connected with form-fit or force-locking 3D clamping angles
• Three-dimensional adjustable hinge base
• Welded door seals in the mitre corners
• Wooden door leaves (H40/H65) with high-quality flush door construction according to DIN 68706, full-perimeter solid wood concealed edge and chip and/or sound insulation insert
• Aluminium-frame wooden door leaves (H70/H85/H105) with support frames made of extruded aluminium profiles, wooden composite panels, sound insulation insert and in the supporting frame frontally flush-recessed fittings
• Commercial fittings with triple-roll hinges, heavy-duty mortise locks and swivel-mounted door handles
• Steel frame surfaces powder-coated in RAL colours, aluminium frame surfaces anodised in natural aluminium as standard
• Surfaces – door leaves with direct coating or laminate, optional – real wood veneers
• Sound absorption test certificates for complete, accessible door elements
• Sound absorption wood door elements Rw,P = 23 dB to 47 dB (SSK 0/1/2/3/4)
• feco T30 fire-prevention wooden door element, tested in F30 and F90 solid wall and F30 glass wall
