Beethoven

Developing Beethoven was a very interesting project. Our intention was to create a bench with an evening dress look. The result is that, on the one hand, Beethoven is a very functional potting bench with lots of storage space which extends the working area without getting in the way. The surfaces are made of aluminium profiles, so the bench is extremely sturdy and ideal for use when the gardener is working with soil and water. On the other hand, Beethoven’s extremely powerful stand-alone design features give it a very individual look. This combination of function and design is one of Beethoven’s great strengths, because the lower storage area cannot be seen from the side. This means that there is no need for the gardener to be especially tidy in the working area in order to create a clean overall impression. That is what is so impressive about this design.
