Aron 401
Suspended lights from Functionals, Designed by Bertjan Pot
Product description
Concept
The basic form of Aron references a traditional ship lamp, and its manufacture is also rooted in tradition. It is created through metal spinning: shaping a flat disc of metal on a mold, a method first used in ancient China.
The white metal dome lamp houses a glass cylinder containing the light bulb, creating intimate spots of light in any environment. The three different widths of the lamps offer various levels of diffusion. For focused light, choose the narrowest Aron 401. For a broader circle of light, opt for the wider lamps Aron 581 and 701.
All Aron Lamps can accommodate both halogen and CFL light bulbs.
