Digitally printed glass

Digitally printed laminates allows virtually any digital image whether pattern or photographic, solid colour, continuous tone or fade, to be accurately reproduced and then encapsulated within a laminated structural safety glass. Giving designers and architects a wealth of creative possibilities from individual features, screens to the creation of complete façade, for both interiors and exterior application.

The choice between PVB and EVA laminating will depend on specific image and specification requirements.
PVB Digitally printed interlayer allows for the encapsulation of high-resolution images and designs within the glass the
PVB decorative interlayer is printed and is then laminated between sheets of glass.
These can be combined with a choice of base layers clear, translucent or opaque interlayer.
Maximum glass size. PVB: 2000mm x 4500mm (78" x 185").
Eva laminating allows for the encapsulation of digitally printed film within a high performance laminated glass.
Maximum glass size EVA: 1200mm x 4700mm (47" x 185").

Digitally printed laminated glass is manufactured using standard clear float glass to the required specification, dependent on application it is also available in specialist glasses including low iron (crystal clear) and a variety of body tints; blue, green, bronze and grey.
Thickness: Determined by panel size, application, and specification of glass required. Standard laminate thicknesses apply. All glass manufactured to meet required national safety standards including BS EN ANSI DIN.
