Homogeneous light with modular LED lighting solutions from GALAXY profiles

Intelligent product design and unique product compatibility are the basis for groundbreaking LED lighting concepts. LED profile systems from GALAXY profiles are modular LED lighting solutions. The individual system components are put together with little effort, simply and quickly using a click system, and are mounted in a substance-preserving manner. The PN21 LED INSTALLATION profile is supplied as standard in a length of 200 cm, is made of high-quality aluminium (anodised) and designed for use as an INSTALLATION profile (optionally with the additional PL10 or the mounting profile PL10.1). With the flat standard profile cover made of shatter-proof and flame-retardant polycarbonate (UL94 V-2 flammability classification - opal/satin finish - 65% light transmission), the ALU profile is completely covered on the top side. LED Flexbands with a max. width of 20 mm can be glued in. The inside height of the PN21 is 15.1 mm. For this reason, even stronger LED stripes can be used without one being aware of the individual points of light. The opal/satin finish produces a homogeneous light bar! The cover is also available in 6 m!

Easy and quick installation
The self-adhesive LED stripes are inserted centrally along the groove into the LED profile, glued down, wired and connected to the LED lighting and control systems (LED transformer, LED sequencer, etc.). The LED profile can be clicked directly into the optional mounting clamps or profiles pre-installed on the carrier object or the building fabric. LED light strips can also be attached with a double-sided adhesive tape on smooth surfaces. Finally, the corresponding LED profile covers made of polycarbonate are clicked in flush.

Recommendation
For an excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend the thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile insides with a cleaner - see accessories.

Order picking and standard custom-made product (OEM)
From a minimum purchase quantity onwards, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are made to order or produced custom-made according to customer-specific length specifications up to max. 6 m total length per LED profile system. On request, LED aluminium profiles by GALAXY profiles can be produced in all RAL colours (powder coating).
