Intelligent product design and unique product compatibility are the basis for future-oriented LED lighting concepts. LED profile systems from GALAXY® profiles are modular LED lighting solutions. The individual system components can be put together with little effort, simply and quickly using a click-connect system and mounted in an object-friendly way.
NARROW | FLAT | IDEAL FOR FURNITURE CONSTRUCTION - 10 x 9.2 MM
The PO16 LED INSTALLATION / CONSTRUCTION profile is standardly delivered in 200 cm length and is made of high-quality aluminium (anodised). It is slim and flat in design and especially suited for integration into furniture. The PO16 can of course also be attached to ceilings and walls as installation or construction profiles (mounting brackets available). With the flat standard profile cover made of shatterproof and flame-retardant polycarbonate (UL94 V-2 classification - opal / satin finish - 65% translucency), the ALU profile is completely covered on the top side. LED flexbands with a max. width of 8 mm can be glued in. Covers also available in 6 m! The cover extends over the aluminium of the profiles - you only see the light line! This results in homogeneous light conditions and high utilisation of light output!

Recommendation
For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend the thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile insides with a cleaner - see accessories.

Important NOTE:
Use in wet cells or outdoors is only possible in sealed form. Special protection against moisture and water is provided by silicone, which is applied to the joints for sealing purposes. Absolute watertightness is achieved with the LED profile systems by casting with Wepuran casting resin based on polyurethane resin (PUR). When selecting the LED Flexband, make sure that the protection class specified by the manufacturer (at least IP65) is maintained.

Assembly and custom-made production (OEM)
From a minimum purchase quantity onwards, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are custom-assembled or custom-made to customer-specific length specifications up to max. 6 m total length per LED profile system.
