Homogeneous light with modular LED lighting solutions from GALAXY profiles

Intelligent product design and unique product compatibility are the basis for groundbreaking LED lighting concepts. LED profile systems from GALAXY profiles are modular LED lighting solutions. The individual system components are put together with little effort, simply and quickly using a click system, and are mounted in a substance-preserving manner.

Sustainable light integration into the architecture
These innovative LED aluminium profiles are the perfect solution for comprehensive lighting concepts in modern drywall construction. Light source and architectural design element in one! The TBP1 LED drywall profile comes as standard in a length of 200 cm, is made of high quality aluminium (anodised) and also available in black (RAL 9005 - powder coated). It is designed for LED stripes with a max. width of 6 mm and is installed in the false ceiling as a shadow gap. The profile can be integrated directly into the frame construction. The gypsum boards are inserted flush into the guide of the profile. For a homogeneous and glare-free light line, the flat standard profile cover made of unbreakable and flame-retardant polycarbonate (UL94 V-2 flammability rating - opal/satin finish - light transmittance 65%) is clicked into the ALU profile. The cover is also available in 600 cm.

Integrated curtain / curtain rail
The TBP1.1 LED drywall profile with integrated curtain / curtain rail (for LED stripes of maximum 15 mm) is clicked together with the TBP1 and installed together. Flat, flush profile cover made of polycarbonate optionally opal/satin - light transmission 65% or transparent - light transmission 85%.

Easy and quick installation
The self-adhesive LED stripes are inserted centrally along the groove into the LED profile, glued down, wired and connected to the LED lighting and control systems (LED transformer, LED sequencer, etc.). The LED drywall profile is installed in the false ceiling as a shadow gap. It can be integrated directly into the frame construction. The gypsum boards are inserted flush into the guide of the profile. The TBP1.1 LED drywall profile is installed in combination with the TBP1. The two profiles are clicked together in the process.

Recommendation
For an excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend the thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile insides with a cleaner - see accessories.

Order picking and standard custom-made product (OEM)
From a minimum purchase quantity onwards, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are made to order or produced custom-made according to customer-specific length specifications up to max. 6 m total length per LED profile system. On request, LED aluminium profiles by GALAXY profiles can be produced in all RAL colours (powder coating).
