Homogeneous light with modular LED lighting solutions from GALAXY profiles

Intelligent product design and unique product compatibility are the basis for groundbreaking LED lighting concepts. LED profile systems from GALAXY profiles are modular LED lighting solutions. The individual system components are put together with little effort, simply and quickly using a click system, and are mounted in a substance-preserving manner.

Sustainable light integration into the architecture
These innovative LED aluminium profiles are the perfect solution for comprehensive lighting concepts in modern drywall construction. Light source and architectural design element in one! The TBP7 LED drywall profile comes as standard in a length of 200 cm and is made of high quality aluminium (anodised). It is designed for LED stripes with a max. width of 12 mm and is installed horizontally or vertically on the outside of corners. The profile has laterally 30 mm wide wings, which are filled in or glued under the plasterboard. The gypsum boards are mounted flush. Due to the generous internal dimensions, strong LEDs can also be used - homogeneity is maintained. The profile covers are made of shatter-proof and flame-retardant polycarbonate (flammability classification UL94 V-2 ). Selectable: opal/satin (translucency 65%) or transparent (85%). After clicking in the cover, the profile is no longer visible. The result is sustainable indirect LED lighting!

Easy and quick installation
The self-adhesive LED stripes are inserted centrally along the groove into the LED profile, glued down, wired and connected to the LED lighting and control systems (LED transformer, LED sequencer, etc.). The profile is filled in or glued. The gypsum boards are mounted flush.

Recommendation
For an excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend the thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile insides with a cleaner - see accessories.

Order picking and standard custom-made product (OEM)
From a minimum purchase quantity onwards, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are made to order or produced custom-made according to customer-specific length specifications up to max. 6 m total length per LED profile system. On request, LED aluminium profiles by GALAXY profiles can be produced in all RAL colours (powder coating).
