The GILDA® espresso machine is a classic portafilter machine with dual-boiler system. It is perfect for the home, the office or in small catering businesses. With its 2.6 litre water tank, it is not connected to the water mains. Moreover, it is the smallest dual-boiler machine on the market and, with the water tank filled easily from the front, fits perfectly in any kitchen.
The GILDA® dual-boiler machine heats up quickly to operating temperature in just two minutes and also maintains an exceptionally stable temperature thanks to the two PID controllers for hot water and steam. The temperature can be set or changed quickly and easily using the knob. Depending on the set temperature, the acidity or bitterness of an espresso blend can then be accentuated.
