Product description
Table with a Canaletto walnut structure, available in the three finishes: natural (fin. 11), grey (fin. 2W), dark (fin. 2Z). The top, with edges bevelled at 30°, is available in marble, in the variants calacatta, calacatta viola, grigio astratto, grey, zebrino, portoro, and in Canaletto walnut, in the three finishes natural (fin. 11), grey (fin. 2W), dark (fin. 2Z), and is joined to a titanium lacquered
MDF under-top, both supported by a metal structure characterised by 92 cylinders in three different
sizes and finishes: diameter 10mm champagne brushed painted; diameter 12mm matt bronze painted; diameter 15mm pewter painted.
The legs are joined together by a pewter-finish metal plate (fin. 5L) that runs along the profile of the structure and are characterised by a special woodworking in the frontal part and a 90° Scarpiana woodworking in the vertical edges.
The feet are height-adjustable and the adjustment mechanism, built into the frame, is not visible.

Concept
The concept started from a flight to the US, looking at the brush
in the vanity kit, the kind that closes.
I imagined that it could become the structure on which a top rests.
The idea was that of an architecture, with this brush becoming the
supporting beam of a large plane.
