Product description

The coquettish, sensual dormeuse and face-to-face forms of yesteryear are revisited in the lifestyle Galet design by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba. Redefining these classics by streamlining decorative effects, a new simple, clean, yet elegant style has been created recalling the pebble shape of the Galet pouf and small table. The overall image is one of harmony, stylish in its symmetry. Available in leather or fabric with a right or left back, in a vis-à-vis version or classic loveseat. Each piece in the collection can be used independently or combined in a seating system.

A series of dormeuse, small sofa, day bed and stool with seat padding in flexible multi-density expanded polyurethane, covered with fibre. The back is in Polimex (composite polyester/polyurethane material) and the upholstery, which is not removable, is available:
- in fabric or leather in one colour or with the seat and back also in two different fabrics;
- with the back in leather and the seat in fabric or leather.
The base is in solid ash wood available in five finishes: natural (fin.96), anthracite grey (fin.93), ash grey (fin.68), walnut painted (fin.2N) and dark painted (fin.67).

Concept

Pebbles remind us of childhood. A pebble is a surface on which a world of images come to life. A pebble, thrown towards a lake, challenges the skill of adults and children in making it skip across the surface of the water. A pebble, with its imperfect regularity, now becomes a piece of furniture with the Galet design by Ludovica+Roberto Palomba. This is the idea behind a series of low tables with the base in leather and the top available in ash with different finishes, from natural to grey anthracite, but also lacquered with a special polished, striped finish shaded with 6 colours, in glass and the most luxurious marble varieties: Calacatta, Portoro, zebrino Calacatta purple and Grigio astratto.
