Concept
It is a ribbon that unrolls, folds delicately and then begins to unroll again until it transforms the two-dimensional sign into a volume. It is from this idea that the Shirley collection designed by Carlo Colombo for Giorgetti was born. The poplar plywood bench, padded and upholstered, is a soft oval element contained and supported by the ribbon coordinated in colour and material to the seat or proposed in an alternation of leather and fabric.
