Concept
Jacques Adnet was best known for his Art Deco Modernist designs, his partnership with Hermès and as an icon of French Modernism. He was one of the first to integrate leather, metal and glass in the structure and decoration of furniture. His style is the epitome of luxury and he created a legacy of fine design that feels “modern” even today. Both the Adnet Circulaire and Rectangulaire were designed in the 1950’s after his partnership with Hermès.
The Adnet collection consists of a circulaire and a rectangulaire mirror where the circulaire comes in S, M and L.
MATERIALS
The mirror is made from hand-stitched Italian full grain leather. The buckles are made in oxidized brass.
COLOUR
Black, tan and olive green
The length of the leather strap that supports the mirror is in direct proportion to the mirror diameter.
