The test and business magazine FACTS (5/2017) named Inwerk's electrically height-adjustable Masterlift® 2 desk as the winner of the test, which according to the editorial team is "best suited for professional use in the office". Thanks to its outstanding, in part unique features, it also guarantees the user perfect handling.
The Masterlift® Adapter is completely new and opens up practical expansion options. This means that plug-in panels can be fixed laterally for larger work surfaces up to 2800 mm wide and for Inwerk Masterbox® storage modules, which also serve as a seat in a double function.
The proven performance features include the wide height adjustment range of 625-1275mm, in which the motors integrated in the lifting columns (3-fold telescope) barely audibly move the table top up and down quietly. The desk proves its high stability by 100 kg carrying capacity and remains unbreakable even at maximum height. The smooth operation is ensured by the finely responding piezo collision sensor, which avoids the impact on an obstacle, such as the armrest of an office chair.
The cross-beam, which is fixed directly under the tabletop, provides unrestricted legroom and space for a roller container. The innovative cable collector is located next door: it offers unprecedented space for cables, sockets and power supplies, which can be lowered and raised steplessly to accommodate them.
The multifunctional control system Masterguide® creates the prerequisite for the user to be able to use the ergonomic functionality of the desk with pinpoint accuracy. In addition to the ascent and descent and the storage of altitude positions, the system as a' digital assistant' reminds you when it is time to get up or sit down again. This is also possible via a connection to smartphones, for which control software is available for download.
