The look of a floating bed comes from the fact that five of the beds feet are offset on a stabilizing middle section of wooden planks. The bed features a 90 cm-high headboard, allowing you to lean back comfortably while reading. The headboard and minimalist bed frame are made from recycled timber that has been glazed white and then coated with organic wax. As a result, the patina of the wood is particularly gentle.

The interplay of hand-crafted timber and simple elegance through clear lines makes this upcycling bed a purist sleeping concept. As with all of our products, the VAUGINES bed is manufactured in collaboration with regional producers; in a way that’s as environmentally friendly as possible.
