Enigme
Armchairs from Källemo, Designed by Johan Linton
Product description
Concept
Material: Laser cut stainless steel. Leather straps.
Dimensions: h. 80 cm, w. 56 cm, d. 70 cm.
Énigme is an homage to the French philosopher Jacques Derrida (1930-2004). A construction of seven arches in stainless steel.
Among the references to the work of Jacques Derrida is the instrument – “piano, harp, lyre?” – that he drew during his collaboration with Peter Eisenman for Parc de la Villette; a concrete form contributed to architecture.
Each of the seven arches has its own form and they can be composed in different orders. Each series constitute a construction of its own.
