Product description
Concept
Origo is a complete series of school desks with the focus on acoustics, ergonomics and flexibility, all to create a functional and well-thought-out working environment for pupils and teachers in learning environments.
Disturbing noise, poor posture and non-functional furnishing are three of the greatest challenges in the classroom. Origo school desks enable the pupils to concentrate on their school work, while the physical environment supports the teachers in their work.
There are three different tabletop options, making it possible to tailor the acoustic environment in the classroom. You can choose between the HPL sound-absorbing top, which combines good acoustics with durability, marmoleum, with its excellent sound-absorbing properties and a comfortable surface, and HPL, which is affordable and durable. Origo school desks are available as fixed or adjustable desks for sitting and standing work in five different height ranges, making it easy to find the right desk for all pupils – from pre-school classes to high school. The opportunity to stand up and work in the classroom gives the pupils healthy movement, while teachers avoid the need to strain their backs by bending. In activity-based classrooms, flexibility is decisive. Origo is therefore available with a number of different options that facilitate movement inside and outside the classroom. Choose between fixed legs or innovative micro castors, which are integrated in the leg and make it easy to move the desks and position them next to one another. For desks that need to be moved longer distances or over thresholds, there are also large castors.
