TUBUS is a table system that has a light appearance and plays with a material mix of solid wood and powder-coated steel. Soft contours and oval legs characterize the shape of the product. The table is clearly and precisely defined which contradicts its high functionality. TUBUS is a series of office desks that playfully answers the pressing question: how do you design a refined and hospitable office environment that attracts modern employees and customers. Metal tubes are the centerpiece of this table collection (and can – but don't have to – add a pop of color). They are an important construction element and at the same time a design feature, as they give the table stability and characterize its appearance. Each end of the tubes is securely connected to the pre-assembled legs with just one large screw. The table can be made entirely according to your wishes: from the choice of wood and color to customization (from square to meters long) and to several functional additions for cable routing, etc. Bar tables in any proportion and acoustic elements round off the complete TUBUS range.

About VOSDING
VOSDING Industrial Design is a German design studio based in Cologne. The founder Peter Otto Vosding was born in Wiesbaden in 1990. He studied Industrial Design in Darmstadt, Product Design and Process Development in Cologne and went to Ingvar Kamprad Design Center (IKDC), Lund University in Sweden for an exchange semester with a scholarship from the IKEA Foundation . During his studies he did an internship at squareone GmbH in Düsseldorf and at Kaschkasch cologne. In 2017 he founded VOSDING Industrial Design and was selected as a finalist of the German Design Award Newcomer. The studio now works for international clients in the field of furniture, lighting and consumer products.
