Concept
Lumo is a twill woven curtain reminiscent of a soft woollen upholstery textile. Suitable for indoors and outdoors, it is designed by Patricia Urquiola to express a strong connection with nature, also apparent in its name – Lumo – which means light in Esperanto.
Lumo can be described as a ‘hyper-mélange’. Made with two yarns that each unite two hues twisted together, the curtain offers deep colour vibrancy from a distance and when seen from close-up, fine diagonal lines.
