Recheck is a refined woollen upholstery textile, inspired by traditional check patterns originating in women’s couture from the 1950’s. Designed by Giulio Ridolfo, the 17 colourways of Recheck are divided over four related patterns, which each offer a subtle yet vibrant play of stripes and colour nuances.

Constructed from the same melange yarn as Remix and Canvas, each colourway combines up to six nuances and delivers exceptional depth of colour. Giulio Ridolfo: ‘The blended yarn is the starting point. This is the beauty of the textile.’

The four variants of Recheck offer different, yet related expressions that feature stripes and checks, ranging from precise to diffuse. Some colourways have fine, precise stripes on a melange base, others feature a layered checkered pattern that blends into the base like a watermark. One has a checkered pattern beneath a large, almost white grid.
