Ronin
Chairs from La Chance, Designed by Frederik Alexander Werner, Emil Lagoni Valbak
Product description
Concept
Ronin is unique by unique back that is made in a solid piece of marble machined to obtain this subtle and welcoming curve. The seat is padded with black vegan leather. As many La Chance products, bespoke versions of the chair can be produced with custom upholstery and special stone for the most exclusive and unique chair. Ronin is a graphic chair. The lines are inspired by Japanese traditional cabinet maker assembly techniques and style. The signature back is an interpretation of the "torii" structures found at the entrance of the Shinto temples. Ronin also was the name of the rogue samouraïs in medieval Japan.
