Jermyn

Sofas from LEMA, Designed by Gordon Guillaumier

Product description

Concept

Gordon Guillaumier provides for a style exercise, whose name hides his willingness to create a tailor-made sofa. The system Jermyn is named after the famous London road, where the most important fashion designers are located, real laboratories for custom-made products. Guillaumier underlines once more the importance for Lema of customised products besides putting forward the manufacturing care of the company, which has always been transferring typical features of the quality dressmaking in the furnishing sector. A system whose aesthetics comes from linearity, its real added value. Jermyn finds its own place in the house through its evergreen elegance, depending on the accurate design and precious production.
The arm and back structure exhibits a thin thickness, as subtle petals slightly opening to host the wide seat cushions matching comfort to linear design. Flat-sectioned feet, in cast bronze metal, support the structure from the floor. A sewing, symbol of the care for details typical for Guillaumier design, follows the external arm and back line, making the sofa unique and underlining the structure bending as well.
