Concept
Named after legendary architect Oscar Niemeyer, Sergio Rodrigues' "Oscar" armchair was originally designed in 1959 for the São Paulo Jockey Club, shortly before being an integral part of the original interior project of Brasilia, as its sinuous lines mimic those of Brasilia’s iconic buildings. A truly classic icon in Brazilian mid-century design.
