Bell shaped vase with engraved putti

Vases from LOBMEYR, Designed by Michael Powolny

Product description

Concept

A vase with bell shaped body and a massive cut base. This cut, which is characteristic for Hoffmann has to be polished carefully by hand to keep the edges crisp. Powolny designed the decoration with the putti for copper wheel engraving. The piece was presented at Cologne in 1914 and was sold at the stores of the Wiener Werkstätte.
