Milia Seyppel graduated from the Bauhaus University in Weimar and runs her own design studio in Hamburg, Germany.
Her work has a poetic and sensual stroke, as she constructs forms, colours, sculptures and playful objects. She explores new materials and forms, and aims to develop products of high quality and long life. Most often her products encourage another usage than what you initially think. CHAPEAU is a set of porcelain bowls, which can be used to store food, to serve dishes like soups, dips or ice cream, or to keep candy or other small items inside.
