ALLUMETTE GRILLE – ceiling light
Iron glowing in the fire? Let your imagination run wild! Falling freely like a game of pick-up sticks, stacked on top of each other, or set in a strict grid, this light is easily tailored to harmonise with your space.
The ALLUMETTE GRILLE ceiling light is a perfect example of MASSIFCENTRALs philosophy to create luminaires that preserve their unique identity despite offering a multitude of creative possibilities thus being highly customizable.
Square bars with plain elegance and fine materiality can be installed falling freely like a game of pick-up sticks, stacked on top of each other, or set in a strict grid mounted to a customized ceiling bracket. They can be fitted with one or two glass bodies. The lighting effect of the solid mineral glass can be controlled precisely via colour temperature of the LED modules from 2.000 to 3.000 K. This broad variability in design, size, and illumination makes ALLUMETTE GRILLE the perfect tool for your custom needs. Be inspired!
These luminaires were developed in cooperation with Annette Gigon / Mike Guyer Architekten Zürich and Walter Moggio from EBP Schweiz AG / Lichtarchitektur Zürich for the new office building of reinsurance company SCOR in the course of the project „Geschäftshaus Rosau“ in Zurich.
