“The idea of AXIS comes from the need to obtain essential rigorous and contemporary furnishing elements, that can always keep recognizable distinctive marks. Therefore, asymmetrical lines creating dissimilar parts that find a formal balance all the same, by balancing, move the surface of these monoliths. AXIS is formed by container cubes with wood frame and covered with coach hide, not invading the everyday space; they are discreet yet present, typical elements. The section of lines that move planes reminds of the study of Mondrian’s work, and tries to make yourself identify in that meticulous and careful research that, even in absolute aesthetic vanguard, has managed to transfer us harmonious proportions, that recall classical balances”.
