Aesthetically curved spiral staircase at the Hamburg Herz Foundation

Staircase systems from MetallArt Treppen, Designed by Kitzmann Architekten

Product description

The steel staircase in the building of the Joachim Herz Foundation in Hamburg presents itself in an elegantly curved appearance. Above all, the parapet-high flat steel stringers on both sides and the structurally supporting steel soffit cladding are very convincing and at the same time set new standards. The self-supporting staircase, whose handrail is made of European oak, was designed by our experts with folded tread steps made of steel welded between the stringers. The construction is fixed to the raw floor with steel base plates. he inner stringer on the upper side and inserted a horizontal sheet on the top and bottom.
