Aliante table by Marco Piva reinterprets the essence of the Natuzzi Italia dining concept
In Mediterranean culture, the table is a symbol of meeting, exchange and conviviality and must therefore be able to adapt to different needs. Aliante, responding to the concept of multifunctionality, is thus designed to celebrate sharing, in the smaller and more familial dimension, as well as on bigger occasions with friends.
The mechanism that allows the top to be extended is a detail that is not only functional but also aesthetic. As well as giving the design a modern and sophisticated look, it once again underlines the brand’s attention to innovation and the needs of modern living. Its ability to extend allows the table to transform the shape of the top, in an ever-changing architectural game.
The harmonious contrast between the solid wood base and the smoked glass or ceramic top emphasises the contemporary vibe of the project, in which even the choice of materials becomes a tool for expressing one’s taste in the domestic spaces.
