This mid-century Scandinavian vintage rug depicts a stunning pattern of tiled geometric stars accompanied by textural accents and modern ornaments. Best known as the artistic director of the Marta Maas Fjetterstrom workshop, Barbro Nilsson was a master of textile design, pattern and color. This evocative square carpet blends mod geometry with whimsical motifs and saturated maritime colors inspired by Nilsson’s seaside home.
