Boa armchair

The BOA™ armchair is one of the largest armchairs within the Nolen Niu collection and offers a wider interior for ample seating space. The large curvature of both the seat and backrest creates a cradling sensation while seated. The integrated seat cushion with its independent backrest also provides back support and its tall armrest are throne like in appearance.

“My one of my friends actually recommend me to look into designing something for taller people such as himself who is 6’-4”…it requires a much larger sitting depth and higher armrests to accommodate the longer torsos,” Nolen explained.

The BOA™ armchair’s frame is constructed from solid alder hardwood, lined with high resilience foams, and offered in variety of vibrant colored leathers and fabrics. Both the seating area and body of the armchair can be fully customized, for example, with a leather body and fabric seat creating contrasting textures for greater visual impact.
