Product description
Concept
Coffee table in blackodised steel and honed Cumbrian slate. Brushed brass trim. Hand crafted in the North of England.
An ancient technique used to protect steel from corrosion, blackodisation consists of burning a mix of oil and wax before applying the residue to raw metal. The result is a rich, dark, tactile surface with a subtle scaly texture. The finish perfectly compliments the understated elegance of the honed Cumbrian slate.
120cm (length) x 80cm (width) x 40cm (height).
