The new mineral tile OWAcoustic premium Ocean line complements the existing AquaCosmos tile line for use in wet rooms. „Ocean“ tiles stay dimensionally stable even under extreme conditions. They can either be vacuumed or wiped with a damp cloth. And the sound absorption value of αw = 0.95 is also impressive. Ceilings with „Ocean“ absorbers give swimming pools and wellness and changing areas which have many sound-reflecting surfaces in public areas a pleasant room climate. This diversified all-rounder is also popular in buildings with extreme demands on moisture-resistance, hygiene and room acoustics. „Ocean“ can be simply and quickly combined with elements from the OWAconstruct® product range to create an overall system with certified fire resistance (up to REI 90).

Concept

Humancare is a ceiling tile equipped to be especially hygienic. It prevents the spread of bacteria, fungi and germs and even gives noro viruses and MRSA pathogens no chance. High absorption values make Humancare highly suited to spaces requiring good acoustics. Humancare is therefore not only ideal for health care facilities such as hospitals or senior citizen/nursing homes, but also for kindergartens and schools.
