OWActive mineral climate control ceilings offer high efficiency. The energy balance of this innovation is already making industry experts sit up and take notice. With the introduction of this new product category, OWA offers a complete system solution for the construction sector. The climate control is as comfortable as it is energy-efficient, because the principle of heat radiation strictly follows nature's example. The room temperature can be adjusted to meet the individual wishes of the user at any time. The “OWA green circle” cradle-to-cradle recycling concept rounds off the complete sustainability package. All OWA mineral ceilings from the OWAlifetime collection produced after 1 October 1997 are 100% recyclable, can be returned to OWA and used for quality-controlled production of new ceiling tiles.

Changing requirements over the life of the room use can be met at any time with the OWActive mineral climate control ceiling thanks to the uncomplicated exchange of the versatile mineral tiles. The climate control technology installed in the energy profiles remains unaffected by this and fulfils its heating and cooling function independently of the OWAcoustic mineral tiles. In addition, OWA’s innovative room climate system offers easy and user-friendly adaptation to technical specifications, such as targeted optimisation of the room acoustics, customised design of wall trims and the configuration of the actual climate control performance. The very high service-friendliness typical of all OWAcoustic suspended ceilings also offers a high degree of variability and ease of maintenance in practice. This saves time and money as well as increasing the value of the property.

Thanks to comfortable radiant heat, the OWActive mineral climate ceiling makes an important contribution to well-being in the room. The performance parameters of the OWActive mineral climate control ceiling can be found in our test certificates that are available in full from us at any time. In view of the deviations in the presentation of the relevant performance parameters usual in the market, we recommend that they are evaluated under comparable conditions in accordance with VDI 6034. Here again, we are happy to advise you at any time.
