Geometric planes of intense color span across a solid wooden form to create this hand painted geometric cube table. In true modernist style, the design avoids the suggestion of any form standing out against a background, instead the artistic focus is on the color and shapes themselves. Our artists intricately hand paint each table, wrapping shapes to completely envelope the cube, creating four sides which are completely unique. A blue stained wooden top completes the look. Each table is an original work of art, intricately hand-painted by New Mexico artists. This blend of natural elements and human creativity begins with a Ponderosa pine cube harvested in Northern New Mexico. It is seasoned for months to enhance the natural cracks and separations found in sun-dried wood before being painted and sealed with a protective finish.
