pinta PLANO H is willtec melamine foam with a hydrophobic impregnation. An environmentally friendly, lightweight, open-cell material that is highly resistant to aging, that is highly sound-absorbing, oil and water-repellent and insensitive to most cooling and drilling emulsions. Due to its water and oil-repellent properties, pinta PLANO H becomes inhomogeneously gray and color coating is not possible. Thanks to its excellent properties, pinta PLANO H is suitable for use in pump stations, as an absorbing surface at shunting terminals or in areas with extreme spray mist formation. The dimensions and material thickness of pinta PLANO H can be adjusted to the needs of the place of use. For fitting, pinta PLANO H can be cut to size with a sharp knife. It is then bonded with a fire protection-tested system adhesive. An optimum appearance is achieved by bonding with a shadow gap of up to 20 mm.
