The closer we look at nature, the more detailed, beautiful and differentiated things appear. Take a simple leaf, for instance. Not that it’s rough, but if you hold it up to the light, its living tissue looks even more exquisite, its delicate structure lending it even greater vibrancy.
Finely structured lines, the subtle design of the many com­ponents ... we have brought these details to the fore in our NEX Sideboard range. Nothing overdone, and nothing under­done. The interplay of surfaces and lines is held in exciting proportion and marked by luxurious reserve. The wafer-thin tops and exteriors are elaborately mitred and perfectly matched, framing the carcass with a filigree shadow gap, which we in turn give a clear, delicately crafted design. Fine­ness like this should appear to float. That’s why NEX provides various graceful and sturdy leg variations for you to choose from. Fineness at first glance? Voilà!

LUXURIOUS DETAILS
It’s always an aesthetic revelation to see the lengths to which nature goes to make the world enchantingly beautiful. Be it in the plumage of a bird, the patterns of a butterfly’s wing or the rich colour nuances of a blossom ... one thing is clear: luxurious, elaborate details are the means of choice.
Of course, it’s impossible to translate this wealth literally, but we knew one thing for sure: that particular luxury arises primarily from elaborate details and the subtle combination of colour and material. Our NEX Sideboard interprets this in the form of a cube – pure, clear and extremely sophisticated. As well as in many luxurious details. For example, with the precisely fitted metal insert in the top panel. The recessed section “floats” delicately above the piece of furniture, separated only by a subtle shadow gap and accentuated by the fine alternation of materials and colours. The Twin Box also underscores this special character. At the top right or left there is a hollow space which provides room for a draw­er element. This comes in many expressive colours, which are also available for the open element. If desired, you can order the Parsol glass doors with backlighting. As you see, we go to great lengths to make the world enchantingly beautiful ...

You can order the NEX Sideboard with a handleless touch system or with fine recessed grips. It’s possible to set a colour accent with the seamlessly integrated aluminium strip placed in the recess. In the example shown, it is lacquered a shade lighter than the colour of the sideboard – but you can choose any colour you like.
Superb woods lend the sideboards a special warmth. You can choose every element individually, e.g. as shown here with the top panel, exterior and open compartment
in walnut. Highboard? Lowboard? Against the wall? Wall-mounted? Freestanding? Flush with the floor? On legs? You’ll find a solution in our system for any room layout you may have.
NEX is available not only with wafer-thin mitred edging but also as a classic variation – with a 10-mm-thick edging which is cut flush. A glass top panel is also possible with this version.
