Product description
armrest with solid wood covering
Concept
The Kollektion 58 comprises a wooden chair, an armchair and a matching occasional table all created in the style of the original designs by the Austrian architect and furniture designer Karl Schwanzer, as well as typical 1950s-style conference furniture consisting of a swivel chair, table and sideboard. Tapered lines and contours provide the characteristic heart of these design classics. The furniture pieces in the Karl Schwanzer collection are made with exclusive materials: premium fabrics and leathers, solid wood, veneer and chrome. Karl Schwanzer, the architect of the Austrian pavilion at the 1958 Brussels World's Fair, now known as "House 21", designed the striking armchair specially for this building. schneeweiss has been granted exclusive production and distribution rights to these design classics.
