Ponte Longo Dining Table
Dining tables from Rubelli, Designed by Luca Scacchetti
Product description
The stunning glass top of the Ponte Longo table resembles a frozen canal in winter, peaceful and still. The sinuous, baroque shapes of gondolas and other boats are reflected in the glassy surface to look like curls, scrolls and curves. These shapes are contrasted with the intricate geometric lines from beautiful, traditional Venetian houses that line the canals.
A contemporary twist on the 16th century ‘Fraction’ table, the glass looks as though it is balanced on the wooden base to create a beautiful and enchanting piece of furniture.
Rectangular dining table with beechwood base stained in dark walnut and glass top placed over chromed steel supports. Glass available in standard gray (12 mm) or premium clear (15 mm) colours. The table is shipped unassembled.
