Product description
This reconstituted stone product contains a high proportion of post-consumer recycled glass content - up to 78%. The polyester resin used to bind the product has low levels of VOCs and has a lesser environmental impact than epoxy binders.
Its lass cullet aggregate gives greater visual depth to the material’s surface.
The relatively thin gauge sheets for a reconstituted stone enable them to be lighter, allowing for easier handling and installation. This thinness also means that the edges should be properly detailed rather than just polished.
Available in large panel sizes up to 1.2 x 3m, it is flexible enough to be formed into shallow radius curves. With skilled fabrications, joints can be made inconspicuous creating the appearance of thick monolithic slabs out of thin sections.
It is a nonporous, durable and abrasion resistant material.
