Folded Stool

As simple as folded paper. The project aimed to create forms with the beauty of the fold at its core. Made out of a 2.5mm aluminium sheet, the pieces are light and strong. The stool and bench are formed from just 4 folds. The curves created during the bending process produce enough strength to give the furniture the necessary stability. The pieces do not require any connections and there are no off- cuts.

Bench and stool are suitable for use inside and outside. Made from recycled aluminium in a traditional metal workshop in Austria.
