Bottle of Light Table lamp
Table lights from Studio Eero Aarnio, Designed by Eero Aarnio, Rea Aarnio-Gibson
Product description
Concept
The idea for the Bottle of Light came to Eero Aarnio from an old fairytale. In the fairytale, simpletons build a house without windows and then attempt to carry light into it with sacks.
The sacks naturally didn't work very well, but this bottle is different. Grab the Bottle of Light by it's handle and carry it wherever you need light. The playful shape allows it to be placed in surprising ways.
The Bottle of Light is a table lamp with a pleasing, diffused light. It has a stiff plastic shell that won't break easily and doesn't get hot to touch.
Colour: White
Bulb: E27 max 20W
Measurements: D: 22 cm, H: 38 cm
