Folda

The Folda-series is based on the desire to create simple, light weight upholstered furniture without compromising comfort. The armrests on both sofa and chair can be adjusted in four positions, from 120 degrees to flat.

The construction focuses on simplifying the manufacturing process.
The upholstery is, in contrast to the norm, sewn first. The core – plywood and foam – is then positioned in pockets in the upholstery, which zips together, and is then mounted on the steel frame. This enables manufacturing to be conducted on a flat level until the very last stage, which eases access to detailing and speeds up the process.

Folda is furniture for all occasions, from dignified to indecent.
