A patented foam created by Recticel, GELTEX® offers a number of significant benefits: A perfect balance between support and pressure relief and ventilation of the foam – which is essential to a healthy sleep environment – combine to create Recticel’s “triangle of sleep”. This ensures superior sleep comfort. The second generation of GELTEX® expands the triangle of sleep by adding two extra elements: sustainability and durability. More than 12% of the raw material used in the production of GELTEX® is sourced from carbon (CO2) generated directly by industrial processes, thereby preventing it from ending up in the environment. This also eliminates the need for fossil fuels. The new and enhanced mattresses featuring GELTEX® perform significantly better than traditional foams in terms of durability and lifespan.

Structure of the mattress – impeccable zoning system
The combined use of GELTEX® Foam and Gomtex Comfort Foam – and, for the versa 24 mattress, including pocket springs – facilitates a unique, lengthwise zoning system for the mattress. The result: Comfortable pressure relief in the shoulder area, excellent lower back support and an even balance in the hip area, so as to bring the spine in a horizontal and stretched position.

To ensure that the balance between support and relief is perfectly adjusted to your body weight and your preferred sleeping position, the mattress cores of the 20 and 22 models are available in two levels of firmness: soft and firm. The 24 model is even available in three firmness levels: soft, medium and firm. Your retailer’s specialist consultant can advise you on which design best suits your needs.

Comfortable, easy-to-wash cover
The fabric used in the manufacture of the top side of the mattress is highly elastic and comfortable, with no fillers or stitching. This allows you to experience the unparalleled comfort of GELTEX® in its purest form. The top cover can be quickly and easily removed thanks to the all-around zipper and is washable at 40° C in any commercial household washing machine. The bottom cover, which is also machine-washable, is enhanced with stitched wool, protecting the mattress from wear and tear caused by the underlying slats.
